Manohari’s Leg of Lamb

Manohari Singh hailed from Nepal and was Rahul Dev Burmans
key musician. He played the saxophone and flute in almost all of
s songs. Sometimes, we persuaded him to make his
Nepali style leg of lamb and this is his recipe.
