Healthy Eating Habits
KIPS offers nutritional Snacks. Our menu is carefully selected based on the Canadian Food Guide. Our nutritionist makes sure that the children get the nutrients they need to grow. To foster healthy eating habits that include fruits and vegetables to our children’s diet, we develop weekly themes and a range of related activities. Further, we suggest families to check the Canadian Food Guide in order to promote healthy eating habits for the whole family.
To raise her healthy little students, KIPS offers an active daily schedule. Children start the day with morning exercise. Each class, will use KIPS’s gym on a daily basis. Also, we offer kids’ dance and creative movements classes that are presented by our professionals.
