Rules & Regulations
All members must abide by these rules otherwise membership may be withdrawn. Qmotion reserves the right to change these from time to time in which cases notices will be displayed on the notice board and on the website.
Qmotion management reserves the right to change rules, terms and conditions without prior notice.
Membership cards remain the property of Qmotion and all members will be required to show cards on each and every visit if requested by any Qmotion staff member. Replacement cards may be subject to an administration fee of QR 20. The membership card remains the property of Qmotion.
The membership is not transferable and must only be used by the registered member. Any misuse of the membership will result in the membership being cancelled.
The membership card entitles the user to the benefits associated and to enroll in any programme offered by Qmotion.
The management of Qmotion reserves the right to cancel any membership in breach of TERMS AND CONDITIONS which in the view of the management of Qmotion is offensive to customers and / or staff or represents a health and safety danger.
Qmotion management reserves the right to change fees and payments for the good and benefit of the club.
Members will conduct themselves in a quiet, well mannered fashion at all times.
Members who appear intoxicated will be refused entry.
The management reserves the right to refuse entry at all times and to terminate memberships with immediate effect. Members expelled will forfeit all privileges of membership and no refund will be honored.
Any complaints unresolved at the time of incident will be referred to and dealt with by the manager.
The club shall be entitled to make alterations, carry out repairs or maintenance without prior notice, though the course, every consideration will be made to minimize inconvenience.
The club shall not be responsible for the personal belongings of the members or visitors.
Additional charges of up to Qar 150 may be incurred for any unpaid Direct Debits.
No refunds for non-usage of clubs facilities.
Members can only suspend their membership once 6 months have passed.
Unpaid Direct Debits will be reclaimed on or just after 10th of relevant claim month without prior written or verbal notice.
Cancellation of Membership
Memberships are non-refundable.
Programme Fee Refunds
We regret that we cannot offer refunds for occasional non-attendance at lessons due to illness, birthday parties, etc. If however your child is to be absent from lessons for an extended period (major illness, accident, relocation to another country, etc.) parents have the choice to:
• continue to pay the fees in full > the child’s place will be reserved until they are ready to return
• receive a refund for the remaining fees > the child will be placed on the waiting list and the space will be offered to another child
Make up classes can be granted under the strict condition that a doctors’ note will be provided for the missed class(es). Under no other circumstances catch-up classes will be granted.
To preserve the quality of the classes, we only allow a maximum number of children per group. Therefore Qmotion reserves the right to offer days, timings and venues for catch up class(es), as per the availability of the schedule.
A member or visitor engaging in the club activities or making use of its facilities are responsible for ensuring that he or she is properly equipped and that his or her state of health and physical condition are such as not to involve any risk to him or herself or any other person partaking in any Qmotion activity. It is hereby understood and agreed that Qmotion accepts no responsibility for accident, injury, illness, loss or misadventure caused to or suffered by members or guests, howsoever caused, on any facilities/premises hired and/or managed by Qmotion. Members are responsible for their own insurance in respect of injuries suffered, loss or damage to equipment.
All lost property is kept by the Qmotion staff and available with the sports coordinator to be collected.
Health and Safety
Smoking is not permitted inside any venue and anywhere where no-smoking signs have been posted.
All customers must inform staff of any medical condition which may affect their use of the facilities.
Whilst using the facilities, all members are responsible for their own health.
Qmotion bears no liability for loss or damage to any property or person is limited to any damage or loss suffered as a direct result of negligence of Qmotion.
No pets are allowed into the facilities with the exception of Guide Dogs.
Lockers should be used for the storage of personal items at all times. MCS Ltd is not liable for the loss or theft of any personal belongings. For security reasons and for the benefit of all members, all lockers must be emptied at the end of each session. All lockers will be checked and emptied at the end of each day. Any items found will be disposed of immediately.
Opening Hours – General
Qmotion may from time to time withdraw use of all or any part of the facilities where and when it is deemed necessary for repair, maintenance, alteration, alternative use or for safety reasons.
Office hours are from Sunday through to Thursday, 10am-6pm.
Activity times may vary according to the programme and the venue. Please check with the time-table of your programme(s). A minimum of 1 months warning will be provided to customers and will be advertised within the facility.
All opening times are subject to timetables that may affect usage of a specific facility.
Cars must be parked correctly in the car park paying attention to priority spaces for disabled users. No liability is accepted for any loss or damage to cars or property.
No illegal gaming and betting shall be allowed in Qmotion facilities.
